Spruce Tip Gin

Local, Woodsy & Citrusy 

Spruce Tip Gin is made using foraged Northern Ontario spruce tips which have been macerated in a high proof gin before blending into a base of Juniperus Maximus gin. Inspired by the flavours of alpine style aperitivo spirits, Spruce Tip Gin is accented with a grapefruit peel macerated gin, a blend of aperitivo botanicals and locally-grown Chinook hops from Fergus, ON. The end result is a spruce forward gin with complementary woodsy pine and citrus flavors that is complex and refreshing.

Spruce Tip Gin can be served chilled to sip on as a digestif after a meal or used for a fresh take on classic cocktails.
