The Amethyst Cosmo

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Amethyst Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec
  • Fresh squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 oz White Cranberry Juice

Shake with ice for at least 15 seconds and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Amethyst Cosmo cocktail

The Pink Fizz

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Citrus Pink Gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec
  • Soda water 
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.
 

Maple Mule

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Sugar Maple Vodka
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh mint and a lemon wedge.

 

 

 

Kir Royale             

Pour 1 oz (30 ml) Cassis into a champagne glass, top with Prosecco.

Elora Royale

Pour 1 oz (30 ml) Elderflower Aperitif into a champagne glass, top with Prosecco.

Maple Fizz

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sugar Maple Liqueur
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pommies Apple Cider

Add Sugar Maple to a glass with ice, top with Pommies and garnish with a slice of lemon or apple wedge.

 

Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Royal Amber Rye
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters
Stir with ice for 15 seconds, strain, and serve on ice into a rocks glass.

 

Dragon's Cry Spicy Caesar

 Rim glass with celery salt.

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Dragon's Cry Spicy Caesar vodka
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Top with Clamato juice and garnish with a celery stick, olives, pickled jalapeno, and a slice of lemon.

 

 

Frosted Pumpkin

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pumpkin Chai liqueur
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) Amaretto
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur

Shake with ice for 15 seconds and garnish with cinnamon.

 

 

Elora Sunset

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Martini Gin No.1 
  • 1 oz (30 ml) triple sec
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) strawberry liqueur

Top with San Pelligrino Aranciata  and serve in a rocks glass.

(The Strawberry Liqueur is not available at this time, substitute with a similar liqueur/syrup of your preference) 

 

Classic 1940s Martini

  • 2 oz(60 ml) Martini Gin No. 1
  • 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) dry vermouth

Shake with ice for at least 15-30 seconds and serve in a martini glass, rimmed with lemon peal and garnish three olives.

 

Red Snapper

Rim glass with additional celery salt

  • 1 1/2 oz(45 ml) Martini Gin #1
  • 3 1/2 oz(105 ml) Tomato juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Celery salt
  • 5 drops Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with ice. Garnish with celery, pickles and just about whatever you have!

 

The Dalby Cocktail

  • 2 oz Great Expectations Gin

  • 1 oz Cassis 

  • 1 oz Triple Sec

  • 1 oz Lemon juice 

Shake all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds, garnish with citrus or fresh fruit.

Named after Robert Dalby who opened the Dalby Hotel in 1865 as well as a local brewery. The Dalby Hotel, later called the Iroquois was the longest operating drinking establishment in Elora, serving drinks for over 120 years.  

 

Amaretto Sour

  • 2 oz Amaretto
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with maraschino cherries and lemon.

 

 

Cran-Budapest Hotel

  • 1.5 oz Martini Gin #1
  • 1 oz Cranberry Rosemary Simple Syrup 
  • 0.5 oz lime juice

Shake with ice for 15 seconds. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with fresh cranberries or rosemary and a lime.

 

 

Bonnie & Clyde

  • 1 oz Citrus Pink gin
  • 1 oz Ginger wildflower simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Top with Pommies cider

Shake all ingredients BUT pommies in a shaker with ice very vigorously (30-45 seconds). Pour into a glass with fresh ice and top with pommies. Garnish with a round of lime.

 

Hard Lemonade

  • 1 oz Elemental vodka
  • 1 oz Cassis 
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a glass with ice and top with soda water or sprite. Garnish with lemon and berries.

 

The Breakfast Club

  • 1.5 oz Elderflower aperitif
  • 1 oz Great Expectations gin
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • Top with ginger ale

Shake all ingredients other than ginger ale in a shaker with ice. Pour over fresh ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or orange and berries.

 

Limoncello Spritz

  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 2 oz Lemon San Pellegrino
  • 1-2 oz sparkling wine 

Combine all ingredients in a martini glass and garnish with a wheel of lemon. Optionally rim the glass with sugar.

Cherry Colada

  • 1oz Cherry Hibiscus simple syrup
  • 1 oz Elemental vodka
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice

Combine in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds with ice, pour into a glass with fresh ice, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and lime wedge.

 

Watermelon Smash

  • 2 oz Watermelon liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Elemental vodka
  • splash of lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix for 15 seconds. 

Rim a martini glass with sugar and garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge.
