We’ll start with a guided Whiskey Talk & Tasting featuring our handcrafted grain to glass spirits - the smooth classics, and limited edition blends that we love. 

Next, we’ll learn about the art of smoked cocktails using Ghoste kits from The Bar Store in Fergus. Discover the difference between the Smoking Board Kit (with three different wood profiles) and the elevated Cocktail Smoker Kit (upside down volcano style!) and prepare to find your new favourite toy! These Cocktail Smokers are yours to keep after the class, so you can play with flavours at home! 

Finally, fire things up in our cocktail class—where smoke, whiskey, and refined mixology skills will come together in one unforgettable Smoked Old Fashioned for you to make and enjoy.
