The Elora Distilling Company distillery

 An exciting new venture that will bring a refreshing twist to our quaint little village. The Elora Distilling Company will revive Elora’s long and storied history of micro-distilling, which dates back to the late 1800s. We will focus on small batch, artisan-crafted spirits infused with local flavours. We plan to produce innovative and interesting variations on the standards like gin, vodka and whisky. In addition,we will produce liqueurs flavoured with locally sourced produce and botanicals creating a farm to glass experience. We will provide a tasting room where vistors will be able to savour our creations and a small store-front where you will be able to purchase locally produced spirits. We see this as an opportunity to bring distilling back to a local level and out of the hands of giant, international conglomerates. Our goal is to become a destination that provides a unique experience and draws even more visitors to Elora. We are just beginning construction and plan to be up and running in 2020.
