The Royal Room Cocktail Lounge Information and Food Menu

Our distillery pays homage to infamous cocktail lounges and lobby bars from around the world, making for an unforgettable event experience. Our Royal Room cocktail lounge is decorated in velvet, marble and chandeliers, and will make you feel like you're mingling with the stars of Hollywood's golden years.

The Royal Room is open to the public (reservations encouraged) and available for private events.

Inspired by our world class spirits, this menu is crafted to pair beautifully with cocktails. In our kitchen, our spirits are used to add depth, aroma, and character to our dishes.

Martini Gin No 1 salted Kettle Chips - $8
House cooked Kettle Chips topped with truffle oil and Martini Gin No. 1 salt, side of roasted garlic aioli. 

Steamed Lamb & Dill dumplings - $16
Cucumber & Limoncello ponzu, toasted sesame oil, scallions, pickled chilies. 

Braised Ontario Pork Croquettes - $17
Ontario Black Spiced Rum tomato chutney, pickled sweet onions, cotija, micro cilantro. 

Buttermilk Fried Maitake Mushrooms - $16
Celeriac labneh, celery root chips, harissa butter, dill.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts - $16
Crispy pork belly, sourdough croutons, roasted garlic & Dragon’s Cry spicy caesar dressing. 

Fried Chicken Sliders - $16
