Inspired by our world class spirits, this menu is crafted to pair beautifully with cocktails. In our kitchen, our spirits are used to add depth, aroma, and character to our dishes.

House cooked Kettle Chips topped with truffle oil and Martini Gin No. 1 salt, side of roasted garlic aioli.

Braised Ontario Pork Croquettes - $17
Ontario Black Spiced Rum tomato chutney, pickled sweet onions, cotija, micro cilantro.

We are an intimate space with a capacity of 40 and can not accept parties of 8 or more without a prior reservation or event buyout. Please call ahead if you are planning to come.
