Please join us for an exclusive Winter Tasting Menu, nestled inside our 180-year-old limestone building that houses the historic King George Bar. Seats are limited.

Guests will be seated together along the bar, sharing conversation with our hospitality team about the menu, and how each course and cocktail is thoughtfully created and paired throughout the evening.

Chef James Stephenson has crafted a five-course menu celebrating local agriculture and bold winter flavours. The experience is paired with three exploratory cocktails, highlighting the depth and character of our spirits.

Due to the inclusion of alcohol, we kindly ask that guests arrange for safe transportation home.
