Join us for a special St. Paddy’s Day themed cocktail class inspired by all things Irish. You’ll learn how to make three classic cocktails using EDC spirits (no green beer, we promise!), and sharing a wee bit of history, a wee bit of trivia, and plenty of fun.
This is a very limited-run class, guided and written by our favourite Ellen to celebrate iconic Irish cocktails (with an Elora twist) made with our world-class spirits crafted right here at our distillery.
The class fee is $85.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($42.50) is required at time of purchase. The remaining balance of $42.50 will be paid on site following the class in the distillery.
Safety is of utmost importance to us, so we ask you to arrange for a designated driver or an alternative means of transportation. To ensure everyone’s safety, if you wish to drive after the event, your beverages can be bottled to enjoy at home.
Please note, attendees must be 19 years or older. For good reason.
