Juniperus Maximus Gin

Citrus & Juniper 

This spirit celebrates gin’s most important botanical, juniper. Lime, lemon and juniper are macerated in a neutral grain spirit for 48 hours and then distilled with additional lime, lemon and juniper and angelica root. The result: a gin heavy on juniper and citrus, with a slightly cloudy appearance, making for an elevated gin and tonic.
