Royal Rum Spiced Black

Dark and delicious, Royal Rum Spiced Black is aged in new oak char #3 barrels for a year. After its ageing period, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg are macerated in the rum for a week. This adds a spice bouquet that on top of the subtle flavour vanilla and molasses present in the base spirit. A touch of cane sugar adds some sweetness to round out the flavour profile.
