Curious about Tarot but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop designed by Shelley Adams to help you connect with your cards in a grounded, accessible way, with no prior experience needed.

The name 'Lifting the Veil' refers to the thinning boundary between the physical world and the spiritual realm, especially around Samhain (October 31st). During this time, it’s easier to connect with your own intuition and work with Tarot, as your readings may feel clearer and more connected.

You’ll learn the foundational elements of Tarot reading, including:

  • The structure of the Tarot deck
  • Common card meanings and how to interpret them in context
  • The role of intuition, symbolism, and storytelling

Through hands-on practice, group discussion, and reflective exercises, you’ll begin to build confidence in your own intuitive voice as we finish the evening by drawing a three card shadow spread.

Whether you’re drawn to Tarot for personal growth, creative inspiration, or spiritual connection, this workshop offers a warm space to begin your journey.

Thursday October 30th, from 6pm to 8pm. $45 per person.

**Bring your own deck! There are countless iterations that you might connect with, but for this first deep dive, we'll be using the classic Rider Waite deck, found at local bookstores, big bookstores, and the online monsters
