Amethyst is a premium vodka-style spirit, made with our base vodka, and has a rich mouthfeel.. It’s filtered with a custom-built system consisting of 4 feet of raw, Ontario Amethyst and 8 feet of activated carbon. Note: The amethyst filter does not impart the purple colour, it is added with natural food colouring after filtration, and while technically a vodka, it cannot be legally labeled as such, due to the addition of food colouring. But it tastes like nothing else.
