The grains we use in our award-winning spirits are from local farms in Waterloo and Wellington counties. The spent grain is given freely to local farmers who feed their livestock and fertilize their fields.

We also grow some of our own botanicals on a farm just a short drive south of Elora. We macerate local fruits and vegetables in some of our liqueurs.

This local connection both infuses and inspires our world-class spirits.
