Made exclusively from local grains, this rye-forward whiskey has been softened with a mixture of corn and wheat. It’s double-distilled, and aged a minimum of three years in handmade, wood-fired, #3 charred Kelvin Cooperage barrels. The first-use whisky barrel lends vanilla and caramel to match the spice and complexity. Bronze Medal winner in the 2024 Artisan Distillers Awards Canada.
