A local spin on the famous French spirit, Crème de Cassis uses a black currant concentrate (from locally grown currants) mixed with triple-distilled vodka. It’s sweet and fruity with a hint of tartness, and makes an excellent addition to a glass of sparkling wine in a Kir Royale.
