Limoncello is a liqueur mainly produced in the south of Italy, its origins tracing back over 100 years. We make ours by macerating lemon zest in 95% house-made alcohol for five weeks. We then add sugar and proof it down to 23% to leave a strong lemon flavour without the sourness or bitter notes. Try sipping it over ice, or making a lemon drop martini. It is also delicious used in many Italian baked goods!
