• Martini Gin No. 1: Styled after London Dry gins, Martini Gin #1 is a mix of 8 botanicals: juniper, coriander, lemon peel, cassia bark, angelica, orris root, grains of paradise and anise. It’s light bodied and highly aromatic, harmoniously balancing juniper, coriander and citrus with a subtle spicy and floral finish, and is an extremely versatile house gin. 200mL // 40% ABV
• Citrus Pink: A lively blend of juniper, lemon, bitter orange, and tangerine, this gin delivers bold citrus and a stunning pink colour to liven any cocktail. 200mL // 40% ABV
• Juniperus Maximus: This spirit celebrates gin’s most important botanical, juniper. Lime, lemon and juniper are macerated in a neutral grain spirit for 48 hours and then distilled with additional lime, lemon and juniper and angelica root. The result: a gin heavy on juniper and citrus, with a slightly cloudy appearance, making for an elevated gin and tonic. 200mL // 40% ABV
