Ontario Corn Mash Whisky

Corn Mash Whisky is born from a blend of local corn and rye which was carbon filtered prior to aging in handmade wood-fired barrels for a minimum of 3 years. This Kentucky-style spirit bottled at 45% exhibits sweetness and smoothness from corn while a touch of rye adds a slight spice to the finish to create depth.
