To enhance your evening, you’ll participate in a cocktail-making class, savor the festive drink you’ve created, and indulge in a delectable Valentine's Day dessert to round off your special night.

There are three time slots available over the weekend, with only 12 spots per session:

• Friday Night (February 14th) 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM 
• Saturday Night (February 15th) 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday Afternoon (February 16th) 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Enjoy your cocktail flight and charcuterie in the distillery's production area, surrounded by stills. As you indulge in your food and beverages, an Elora Distilling Company staff member will share insights about the distillation process, the company’s products, and the history of alcohol in Elora.

• Valentine’s Day Cocktail to enjoy
• Valentine's Day dessert

You will be provided with all the necessary tools and ingredients to craft a Valentine’s Day-inspired cocktail in our production space. Our staff will guide you through the ingredients and steps needed to create your drink.
